Subaru Western Region and Expedition Canada Launch the Subaru Western Canada Adventure Racing Series

This partnership supports adventure racing across Western Canada while helping grow awareness of one of Canada's most exciting outdoor endurance sports.

Expedition Canada is proud to announce a new partnership with Subaru Western Region to launch the Subaru Western Canada Adventure Racing Series, bringing together five adventure racing events under one unified series designed to grow participation, elevate awareness, and celebrate the spirit of adventure across Western Canada.

This partnership creates new opportunities for athletes, communities, sponsors, and outdoor enthusiasts to connect through sport, exploration, and shared experience. Subaru Western Region's support will help strengthen the visibility of adventure racing while creating meaningful community engagement through events, storytelling, and regional activation.

Adventure racing is a team-based endurance sport where teams navigate remote wilderness using trekking, mountain biking, paddling, and navigation. Races can range from a few hours to several days, challenging athletes to rely on strategy, resilience, and teamwork while exploring some of Canada's most spectacular landscapes.

As part of the partnership, the Subaru Expedition Canada Race Team will attend and compete throughout the series, creating authentic stories that showcase the athletes, race communities, and incredible landscapes that define adventure racing while helping inspire more Canadians to experience the sport.
