Airport transfer from Penticton Airport included in registration fees.
Airport transfer from Kelowna Airport details available soon.
All airport transfers are required to be pre-booked. All transfer fees will be available soon.

There will be 3 shuttles during the day (those maybe modified once all the teams will have given their arrival times) 10am, 3 pm and 8pm
PRE EVENT DAY 1
08:00 to 19:00: Registration and gear checks. Each team will received allocated time slots closer to the race date.
19:00: Flag Parade & Opening Ceremony

11:00: Prologue
15:00: Media and Support Meetings
16:00: Captain Meeting
18:00: Volunteer Meeting
19:00: Gear Handout
RACE DAY 1

Teams on course.

First team expected to Finish.

Teams crossing finish line.
