PRE EVENT DAY 1 - Sept. 22

07:30 to 16:30: Registration and gear checks. Each team will received allocated time slots closer to the race date.

17:30: Flag Parade & Opening Ceremony

All Day - Expo

PRE EVENT DAY 2 - Sept. 23

07:30 to 12:30: Registration and gear checks.
Each team will receive allocated time slots closer to the race date.

12:30: TA Volunteer Meeting

13:00: Media and Support Meetings

14:00 to 17:00: Weigh in and loading.

All Day - Expo

PRE EVENT DAY 3 - Sept. 24

06:30: Bus load.

You do not need to pay for accommodation this night, it is included in your registration fees.

Afternoon: Arrive at start, gear prep and

Airport transfer

Airport transfer to Penticton airport. Those need to be pre booked by emailing the organization (click below)

There will be 3 shuttles during the day (those maybe modified once all the teams will have given their departure times) 5am, 10am and 3pm.
