Expedition Racing Returns
June 2027 to Golden, BC
🍁Team Subaru Expedition Canada
One team. Many adventures. Proudly Canadian.🍁
Team Subaru Expedition Canada is a collective of Canadian adventure racers brought together by a shared love of wild places, challenging themselves and each other, and representing the sport with Integrity, Heart and Sportsmanship.
The team roster includes Ben Kwiatkowski, Kiah Davidson, Jasper Edge, James Galipeau, Jen Segger, Laval St. Germain and Tom Hardy, with athletes representing Team Subaru Expedition Canada at races throughout Canada and around the world.
Rather than being defined by a single four-person lineup, the team has been built with depth. Different combinations of athletes can come together for regional races, expedition events and international competition, while sharing the same team identity and values.
For the 2026 Adventure Racing World Championship in Corsica, France, Team Subaru Expedition Canada is represented by Ben Kwiatkowski, Kiah Davidson, Jasper Edge and James Galipeau. Together, they bring navigation, mountain and whitewater skills, expedition-racing experience, resilience and the ability to continue solving problems through days of racing in some of the world's most challenging terrain.
But racing results are only one part of what this team represents.
Team Subaru Expedition Canada exists as part of a larger effort to grow adventure racing in Canada—creating a pathway from someone's first experience with the sport, through regional and national events, all the way to competing on the world stage.
With the support of Subaru Canada, we're connecting those pieces and sharing the stories behind them: the athletes and their lives beyond racing, the communities that make these events possible, the spectacular places the sport takes us, and the challenges, friendships, wrong turns and unforgettable moments found along the way.
These are athletes with careers, families and lives outside of racing. They are firefighters, mountain professionals, entrepreneurs, parents and community members who somehow find the time to train for adventures that can take them hundreds of kilometres through the wilderness with little sleep and no marked course.
They race hard. They look after one another. And they believe how you get to the finish line matters just as much as where you finish.
From grassroots start lines across Western Canada to the Adventure Racing World Championship, this is a team committed not only to competing in the sport, but to helping build its future.
Adventure. Together. 💙
